I am a regular customer of PhilFlower. They gave me the best service and sometimes made me disappointed. But still, I trust them because they deliver, and they try their best delivery and service. Every day is not the same for everyone. In most cases, I have received good service from them.

They have very good service fresh flowers and on time.
If you couldn't bring the flowers yourself, it is better you order to here

It was good service but a little disappointed, i ordered a rectangle 8x16 red ribbon cake and they sent a round goldilocks cake instead, verry disappoint, i even gave them a tip, but thanks still

I was very worried that my order wouldn’t make it where I needed it to be on a particular time. I was written too when the address was not clear and I simply explained that I need it delivered at the theatre before her opening night of The Lion King and they made sure that that happens. I loved the communication and the extra mile they took.

I made two separate orders from Philflower: one fruit basket for my grandmom and the other one a set of balloons, cakes, and flowers for my partner. Both of them were delivered on time, and both of them were really pleased and happy with the unexpected gift. Thank you for being one of the ways we can show our loved ones that we care.

Couple of comments though:
1. You can definitely improve the communication channel between your customers and your company. Honestly, I was very doubtful when you weren’t giving me any updates about the status of my orders. That is one way you can prove the integrity of your services to your customers. All the contact numbers you provided cannot be reached, and the same thing goes for email and online chat. Though in the end, one of your employees did reply through text, but only when the products were actually delivered.
2. The flowers that I ordered were not exactly the same as the one advertised in your photos. I don’t know if the same thing is true for the fruit basket, but at this point I am just happy everything were delivered.

Please work on these and thank you again for delivering everything on time!

Customer since 2010, always on time delivery, always good service. Prices are a little steep, but I don't mind paying extra because the experience is always great! Thanks for everything
