Q. 1) Where do you deliver?

A. 1) We deliver almost all the places within the Philippines. Our delivery is nationwide but if the area is far from proper town, in some cases our courier cannot deliver but in that case, your recipient needs to pick up the item from nearest LBC,  etc courier outlet. If you are doubt about a destination or if you think your destination might not be covered by our courier then please email us- Contact Us before making any purchase.
 
Q. 2) How much is the shipping charge?

A. 2)  Shipping for provincial delivery is a flat rate is USD 12.95
           Delivery to Metro Manila,  shipping fee USD 12.95
 
 
Q. 4) Are there any specific days of delivery?

A. 4)  Metro Manila 7 days delivery. Same day delivery possible within Metro Manila if you place an order before 12:00 Noon (Philippine time). Order received after 12:00 Noon, will be delivered next day unless delivery date is specified.

Provinces: Delivery every day except Sundays. 
We deliver Monday however some items are not eligible for Monday deliveries due to courier cost on Monday delivery

Q. 3) How far in advance can I place my order?
 
A. 3) You can place your order up to 90 days in advance from the intended delivery date. 

Q. 5) How can I know my order has been delivered to the recipient?

A. 5)
All customers are notified with a confirmation email within 24 hours after the order has been delivered to the recipient. And also you can check the status of your order on our website.
 

Q. What happens after I place an order?

A. We will send you a confirmation e-mail to confirm that we have accepted your order. You will receive another e-mail to confirm that the order is being prepared, and a final e-mail when the order has been delivered.

Q. How do I check the status of my order, track my order?

 A. Log in to My PhilFlower Account to track the status of your order or visit our customer service page.

How will I know when the flowers have arrived?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail to confirm that the order has been delivered. You will receive this e-mail up to 48 hours after delivery. Please ensure that you have provided an accurate e-mail and that you have added cs@philflower.com to your address book so that our e-mails do not arrive in the junk mail
