How to Order

Excited to get the flowers to your loved ones but still wondering how to order from our shop? Don’t worry, we will guide you through every step!

Step 1: Select your item from our shop

You may browse through our selection. Once decided, just click on the item that you like to purchase.

Step 2: Add other items

Flowers come great with other items such as the traditional teddy bear, balloons, and chocolates. So if you want to impress the love of your life, check out our “Add-on” option and select the item that you want to add to your purchase.

Step 3: Check-out

Review the items in your cart. Should you miss anything out, just click on the “Continue Shopping” button to add more items or if you are already satisfied with the items on your cart, you may now proceed with the “Check-out” button.

Step 4: Secure you check-out

Secure your check-out by entering your email address and password if you are a returning customer. However, if you are a new customer, you will have to sign up with us first.

Step 5: Fill up buyer’s details

You will be directed to a form that you need to fill up to get some details. This includes your Billing Address, the date you need the flowers delivered, and the greeting message that you want us to convey. Take note that after filling up the form, click the “Continue” button to proceed.

Step 6: Delivery Charge

After filling up the buyer’s details, you will proceed to see the delivery charge. Just click on the “Continue” button if you are okay with the fee.

Step 7: Choose your mode of payment

Click on the “Credit Card/Debit Card/ PayPal” section if you want to pay using your card. If through remittance or bank deposit just click on the section containing “Payment options- Western Union/ Bank Payment”. After this, just click on the “Complete Payment” button.

Step 8: Payment

Click “Log in” to pay with PayPal or the “Create an Account” button to pay using a card. Fill up the necessary details and don’t forget the “Pay Now” button. Once done, your orders will be processed.

  1. Where do you deliver?

 

We deliver within Metro Manila and in almost all places nationwide within the Philippines. In case the area is far from the town proper, and our courier cannot deliver it door-to-door, don’t worry! You just need to assign a recipient that will pick up the order from the nearest courier outlet (LBC)

 
If you think our courier might not cover the location, don’t hesitate to contact us before purchasing.

 

  1. How much is the shipping charge?

 
Our customers can enjoy a smooth and hassle-free gift ordering on our website. The shipping fee may vary depending on the delivery location and type of order. Take note that the shipping charge applies to both pick-up and door-to-door deliveries.



Typically, the heavier your order, the higher the courier charge may be. Also, since our headquarters is in Metro Manila, provincial delivery has a higher delivery rate than Metro Manila orders.

 

  1. When will I receive my order?

You can place your order as far as 90 days in advance from your specified delivery date. Take note that the delivery time frame may vary depending on the location.

 

  • Metro Manila: Same day delivery possible within Metro Manila if you place order before 1:00 PM (Philippine time). Order received after 2:00 PM, will be delivered next day unless delivery date is specified. Same day or next day delivery is not possible during peak season like Valentines, Father's day, Mother's day, Christmas, New year etc. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be in regular schedule by our dispatch department. Appliances, Furniture, some decorated cakes, and some other items require additional delivery charge & delivery time.
  • Provinces: Order received before 12:00 noon (Philippine time), next day delivery is guaranteed unless delivery date is specified.. Otherwise, it will deliver after 1 day. NO Deliveries on Sunday


Next day delivery is not possible during peak season like Valentines, Father's day, Mother's day, Christmas, New year etc. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be in regular schedule by our dispatch department. Appliances, Furniture,    and some other items require additional delivery charge & delivery time..

 

NOTE: We cannot specify the exact time of delivery since couriers handle different orders for delivery within a day. Delivery will be anytime within the day of your specified delivery date.

There are instances when the dispatch date of items may not be according to the specified date. This situation can occur when:

 

  • There are extreme phenomena such as typhoons, heavy rain, earthquakes, etc.
  • You input an incomplete/incorrect shipping address during checkout.
  • It is peak season like Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, New year, etc.

 

  1. What if my order is not available?

 

All items featured on our website may vary depending on availability. PhilFlower has a fair and flexible substitution policy that ensures customer satisfaction even in cases of order unavailability.

 

You can substitute your order with another item of an equal or higher value of the same category. We put utmost attention to every order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to your original order.

 

For example, you can substitute a flower with another color if the requested color is not available. Baskets, teddy bears, chocolate packets, etc. are subject to substitution (size, color, shape, brand) when the original order is out-of-stock.

  

  1. How can I track the status of my order?

 

As mentioned, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been delivered. You will receive this delivery notice 48 hours after we dispatch your order. This email will contain your order ID.

 
Please make sure that you have indicated a correct email during the checkout for smooth order and get confirmation. Add cs@philflower.com to your address book to ensure that our emails don’t arrive in your spam folder.

 

  1. Can I refund/replace my order?

 

PhilFlower guarantees customer satisfaction with every order. We put the utmost care to ensure that every order is in its perfect condition upon delivery. In rare cases that a customer reaches out to us for a complaint, we try to resolve the issue immediately.
