Delivery Policy
Every PhilFlower gift bouquet is personally hand-delivered by an industry professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
PhilFlower delivers nationwide in the Philippines. Operates 7 (seven) days a week.
we deliver almost all the places within Philippines.
Metro Manila: Same day delivery possible within Metro Manila if you place order before 1:00 PM (Philippine time). Order received after 2 : 00 PM, will be delivered next day unless delivery date is specified. Same day or next day delivery is not possible during peak season like Valentines, Father's day, Mother's day, Christmas, New year etc. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be in regular schedule by our dispatch department. Appliances, Furniture, some decorated cakes, and some other items require additional delivery charge & delivery time.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO SPECIFIC TIME OF DELIVERY IS COMMITTED. DELIVERY WILL BE ANYTIME WITHIN THE DAY IF YOU HAVE ORDERED BEFORE CUT OFF TIME ABOVE. THANK YOU.
Provinces:Order received before 12:00 noon (Philippine time), next day delivery is guaranteed unless delivery date is specified.. Otherwise, it will deliver after 1 day.
Next day delivery is not possible during peak season like Valentines, Father's day, Mother's day, Christmas, New year etc. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be in regular schedule by our dispatch department. Hospital Deliveries: Please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery
Take note :we deliver almost all the places within Philippines but If the delivery address is far from our courier office (For provincial delivery) or not covered for delivery, recipient needs to pick up the item from our advised courier office. Recipient or buyer will be notified the advisory. Shipping charge still require whether its pick up or delivery since we ship item to your nearer courier office. Exact time of delivery may not possible since none of the couriers commit it. But delivery possible within the day as you specified.
Valentines Delivery Advisory:
To ensure delivery on February 14th we have set cut off time of ordering as follows:
Metro Manila:
February 12th until 10 AM. (Phil time). Order received after this time maybe delivered on Feb 15th.
Provincial:
Mindanao/Visayas area (Southern part of Philippines) February 12th at 7 AM.
Luzon area (Northern part of Philippines) February 12th at 9 AM.
Order received after above time maybe delivered on Feb 15th ,16th & 17th .
Please note that, far provinces of southern part of the Philippines often requires 2 days shipment.
Since Feb 14th delivery falls on Sunday thus office address delivery may be on Feb 15th.
