Q. 1) Where do you deliver?
A. 1)We deliver almost all the places within Philippines. Our delivery is nationwide but if the area is far from proper town, in some cases our courier cannot deliver but in that case your recipient needs to pick up the item from nearest LBC, DHL, FEDEX etc courier outlet. If you are doubt about destination or if you think your destination might not covered by our courier then please email us- Contact Us before make any purchase.

A. 2) Shipping for provincial delivery is flat rate is USD 9.99
Delivery to Metro manila, shipping fee USD 7.99
Q. 3) How far in advance can I place my order?
A. 3) You can place your order up to 90 days in advance from the intended delivery date.
Q. 4) Are there any specific days of delivery?
A. 4) We deliver as per your instructions. 7 days a week / 365 days a year EVEN holidays. Just specify the date and we shall do the rest.
Q. 5) How can I know my order has been delivered to recepient?
A. 5) All customers are notified with a confirmation email within 24 hours after the order has been delivered to the recipient. And also you can check the status of your order at our website.

A.Login to My PhilFlower Account to track the status of your order or visit our customer service page.
How will I know when the flowers have arrived?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail to confirm that the order has been delivered. You will receive this e-mail up to 48 hours after delivery. Please ensure that you have provided an accurate e-mail and that you have added info@philflower.com to your address book so that our e-mails do not arrive in the junk mail
